Daya holds 200-hr and 300-hr Yoga Teacher certificates. Her teaching is grounded in her daily personal practice and unceasing, deeper research from the vast wealth of knowledge of contemplative practices. She also holds a Mindfulness Coach certificate and a Diploma in Positive Psychology. Learning and teaching are for Daya the necessary and indissoluble sides of the same coin, life as a journey of personal research in self-awareness. Her overall practice and knowledge in yoga, mindfulness and psychology ground her professional side in performance art.
